An AdTool is a program that facilitates the delivery of unwanted advertisements on to the user’s PC. The ads can include pop-ups, pop-unders, banners, or links etc. The AdTool also tracks down the browsing habits of the user. It may launch at system startup and modify the browser settings such as the home page, search page and the error page. It can also result in the browser as well as the system slow down.
